Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to deliver the assessment, the products you buy and the experience that comes with them.

• Email address and first name, when you request results, subscribe or make a purchase.
• Assessment answers, scores, dimension results and relationship profile.
• Journal entries and reflections you write inside the app.
• A partner’s email address, only if you choose to send a Partner Connect invitation.
• Purchase records: which product you bought, the amount and the date.

• To generate and store your assessment results and unlock your profile.
• To provide the products, journal, goals and Partner Connect features you have access to.
• To send the emails you asked for, such as the assessment deliverable and the guided relationship email series.
• To confirm purchases, provide support and keep accurate business records.

Our application and database are hosted on Base44. Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is delivered through Brevo. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and under its own security and privacy commitments.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe. We never see and never store your card number, expiry date or security code.

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions and to keep the app working as you move between pages. We do not use them to sell your information.

We keep assessment results, journal content, subscriber records and purchase records for as long as your account or subscription is active and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it. Write to editor@modernloveunlockedllc.com from the email address on your record and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the footer of that email.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where the law requires it.

Modern Love Unlocked is written for adults. The site and its products are intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
