Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because you receive the files immediately, digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Buyers have 14 days after purchase to report a file-access or delivery problem and request assistance. If a download link does not work, a file will not open or you cannot reach your purchase, write to editor@modernloveunlockedllc.com within that period with the email address you used at checkout. We will resolve access problems or provide the files directly.

• You may cancel Premium Access at any time.
• Your access continues through the end of the paid term.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a paid term.
• Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal.
• Cancelling future billing is not a refund of past payments.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or a payment failed but you were still charged, contact us and we will refund the error promptly.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact editor@modernloveunlockedllc.com first. Most issues are resolved quickly once we can see the order. If you open a chargeback with your bank, the payment processor may place your access on hold while the dispute is reviewed.
