By using this website, taking the assessment or purchasing any product from Modern Love Unlocked LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the products.

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own private purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, or reproduce the files in whole or in part, and you may not remove any copyright or attribution notices.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Premium Access is an annual subscription at $39.99 per year. It renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute the site, its content or its products.
• Do not use the site to harass, threaten or harm another person.
• Do not upload unlawful content, or content that belongs to someone else without permission.
• Do not interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

The Modern Love Unlocked book, workbook, framework, site copy, design and all related materials are owned by Modern Love Unlocked LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Love Unlocked LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
